- Directly involve in offering after-sales support services
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Develop and monitor the market in the assigned area
- Provide technical sales presentations, technical support, customer training, applications guidance
- Prepare technical proposal and commercial proposal
- Ensure business objectives are met within the timeline
- Assist in providing sales forecast and market reports
- Manage the customer database
job requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 6 years of experience in industrial sales B2B in rotating equipment
- Willing to work in the West (Tuas/Pioneer/Jurong) - main office
- Able to travel to overseas for work assignment (about 50% - APAC)
