You will be working closely with a dedicated Regional Product Marketing Manager and an experienced marketing team. The team fosters collaboration and emphasizes a hands-on approach to product launches, sales initiatives, and customer engagement. This role directly supports the team and channel partners in achieving key business objectives.
About the Job
In this role, you will oversee the management of surgical products related to procedures, driving sales growth and exceeding targets. You will forecast monthly revenue, analyze market opportunities, and develop sales strategies to support regional partners. You’ll act as the Subject Matter Expert for the products, providing hands-on demonstrations, product training, and intra-procedural support to physicians and healthcare professionals. Collaborating with sales teams, you will also execute marketing plans, handle demo equipment logistics, and ensure effective product launches across key markets.
Skills and Experience Required
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or product management, ideally within the medical devices sector.
- In-depth knowledge of minimally invasive surgical products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with KOLs, physicians, and regional partners.
- Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting.
- The ability to educate and train healthcare professionals on product usage.
