key responsibilities:
- Digital Tool Implementation: Manage the deployment of digital sales tools across Southeast Asia (SEA), ensuring alignment with global and regional teams. Facilitate process transformation and oversee rollouts to new teams or customer groups.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the central contact for consolidating and prioritizing requirements for system and process improvements. Plan customer onboarding phases in coordination with leadership and ensure timely communication.
- Promote Digital Solutions: Drive awareness and adoption of digital tools within sales teams, maintaining regular updates and progress reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and updates to internal teams on digital sales solutions. Act as a technical resource for troubleshooting and escalating issues to IT when needed.
- System and Content Management: Oversee backend systems and maintain data accuracy. Manage content updates on digital platforms, including marketing materials, service pages, seasonal content, and customer resources.
- End-to-End Testing: Conduct user acceptance testing for new features and ensure seamless integration with related systems in collaboration with IT and customer service teams.
- Seasonal Readiness: Ensure sales tools are fully prepared for each season by collaborating with marketing, sales, and IT on content, data, and timelines.
- Digital Engagement: Develop and execute an annual plan to enhance customer engagement with digital platforms. Coordinate campaigns and distribute newsletters to increase usage and drive revenue.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on key sales and analytics metrics, identifying deviations and recommending adjustments to meet targets.
qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience in sales operations, customer service, or related fields with a focus on digital tools
- Prior experience in FMCG or Retail industries is essential.
- Strong project management capabilities and experience with digital transformation initiatives
- Technical proficiency and familiarity with IT systems and data management platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline is preferred
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
