about the role
- Running overall events management within the APAC region, from the early pre-planning stages through final billing and operational execution.
- Defines the goals of assigned meetings, crafts a detailed project roadmap, and gathers relevant historical data tied to the program.
- Oversees and juggles multiple intricate meetings and events simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Assesses the requirements of stakeholders, drafts program frameworks (covering topics, content, speakers), tailors program specifics to suit participant needs, sets success metrics, and determines necessary technological support.
- Establishes and executes a strategic project roadmap with defined milestones and key phases.
- After defining objectives and creating a project plan, leads a team of internal staff and external vendors to fulfill these goals.
- Ensures objectives are met within budget constraints, monitors project timeline for adherence, and manages program finances, including adherence to client contract terms, deposit agreements, and billing practices.
- Conducts various financial analyses and reports.
requirements and qualifications
- Minimally 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience hands-on planning and executing events.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and detail orientation.
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
