You will be part of the Regional Endoscopy Division, working closely with the Regional Technical Supervisor. This role requires collaboration with subsidiaries and distributors across the region to provide technical support and expertise, ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s products.
About the Job
In this role, you will handle both technical repairs and support for endoscopy systems. Your responsibilities include repairing endoscope products from customers, entering repair data, creating repair analysis reports, and coordinating technical support via email. You will also be tasked with ensuring that repairs meet quality specifications and assisting with the training of subsidiaries and distributors. Additionally, you will provide field service support to Field Service Engineers (FSE) and contribute to service improvements in collaboration with the Technical Supervisor.
Skills and Experience Required
Ideally, the right applicants will possess the following:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in the same or a similar industry.
- Strong team player with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of IT (hardware/software) is a plus.
- Basic equipment repair skills, including disassembly and soldering.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and meet repair targets.
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to present in classroom settings.
