- Expanding company customer base through direct efforts and established networks
- Drive business development strategies and explore new business opportunities
- Identify potential clients, industries, and market segments for expansion
- Develop new projects, achieve sales target and business development goals in terms of revenue and sales margins
- Preparing tender documents, presentations, negotiation terms.
- Analyse market conditions, review customer information
skills & experience required
- Master / Degree / Diploma in engineering / business
- Min 5 years of sales experience in B2B sales - ideally from construction / Machinery / Technical Textiles / Chemical
- Keen / willing to travel to ASEAN region for work (about 50%)
- Hybrid work mode and able to operate independently
- Comfortable working in a start-up work mode environment
- Able to inplace systems and procedures
