Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all retail training needs across Singapore and Malaysia markets. In addition, you will:
- Be responsible for the full spectrum of retail training lifecycle including planning of training calendars, facilitation and delivery, e-learning initiatives, working with Global / Regional Training team to identify local training needs
- Deliver training sessions with a focus on brand, selling, customer service and CRM topics across Singapore and Malaysia stores
- In-store coaching of the retail team, supporting the development areas and implementation of follow up trainings
- Partner with Store Leaders and Regional Training team to effectively identify training needs, meet business training goals and objectives
skills and experience required
- 5 years' experience in Training, Facilitation and Content Development
- Experience within the retail industry is essential, experience with luxry fashion would be an advantage
- Independent and a self starter; able to work with minimum supervision
- Approachable with strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and ability to be both hands-on and strategic
- Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning platforms
- Comfortable with ~15% travelling responsibilities
