key responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue for the hotel’s F&B venues (bars and private dining room).
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect, build, and manage a strong pipeline of corporate clients, event planners, and other potential partners.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
Revenue Achievement: Meet and exceed F&B sales targets through proactive outreach, events, and partnerships. - Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a small team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and culinary teams to align on offerings, promotions, and event execution.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a strong focus on F&B venue or event space sales.
- Hands-on, proactive, and self-driven with strong business development skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A strong network of corporate clients and event organizers in Singapore is highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
