This role involves driving growth through marketing and partnerships. You will own all strategic marketing activities, including the planning and execution of all marketing communications. Responsibilities include omnichannel marketing to drive acquisition and build awareness, campaign management, content generation and management (including both paid and organic) as well as the planning and execution of omni-channel digital campaigns. Additionally, you can expect to drive strategic partnerships in order to achieve business objectives.

- Optimise marketing strategies through robust measurement and tracking of initiatives, whilst developing assets to support the implementation of all marketing plans
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution is highly preferred
- At least 3 years experience in a B2C marketing role from the financial services or Fintech sector. Experience in retail brokerage is a huge added advantage.
- Experience in planning, strategising and executing full spectrum of marketing activities, particularly in the areas of growth and acquisition, as well as in strategic partnership
- Experience in analysis of marketing initiatives and programs in order to determine marketing ROI for refinement of marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Business Mandarin due to the need to communicate with stakeholders in China who communicate in Mandarin, as well as the need to translate and localise Mandarin content and materials into English for the local market.
- Strong entrepreneurial desire & solution driven approach to business conversations, with strong communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to think, plan and execute through self-motivation and independence navigating in a fluid and ambiguous situations and comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in an organised way
