About the Job
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets by managing customer relationships and providing expert guidance on medical devices. Working closely with hospitals, clinics, and surgeons, you will ensure product adoption and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include managing accounts and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying business growth opportunities, and executing sales strategies. You will provide in-theater support by assisting surgeons and nurses with medical device usage, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of instruments and implants, and conduct product training and workshops for customers. Additionally, you will stay updated on clinical advancements to provide informed recommendations and mentor junior sales representatives with a potential pathway to leadership roles.
