This role is part of the sales team, reporting to the Manager, Sales. The team focuses on driving business growth across Southeast Asia, with a particular emphasis on Ultrasonic and Eddy Current techniques. The team’s mission is to expand the company's presence in key markets, including Pakistan, Myanmar, and Laos.
About the Job
As a Senior / Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sales and providing technical expertise for Ultrasonic and Eddy Current techniques across designated regions. You will drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to securing payments, while being the main point of contact for both sales and technical inquiries. Your technical knowledge in industrial instrumentation will help you build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service. You will also be involved in identifying new sales opportunities, building a sales pipeline, delivering product demonstrations, and achieving sales goals. Additionally, you will partner with the technical support team to ensure smooth product implementation and maintain customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in selling industrial instrumentation.
- NDT UT Level 2 & 3 certification preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) or a Diploma in Engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with experience in conducting training sessions and client engagement.
- Technical proficiency with products and familiarity with MS Office applications for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- A deep understanding of business principles and sales strategies within the industrial sectors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams to achieve business objectives.
- Willingness to travel within the designated regions.
