Based in the town area, Client is an Energy client and we are looking for an after sales support Admin to assist the Operations team. The candidate will report to the Project Managers and Engineers for this role. We prefer the candidate to be able to start work soonest
About the role
Your daily responsibilities will be supporting and coordinating with the team to guarantee customer satisfaction. Managing orders in a timely, effective, and efficient manner. Ensuring the smooth running of the processes
-Provide customers with after-sales support.
-Manage customers' orders and enquiries and follow through to order
fulfillment.
-Handle customers' enquiries on spare parts
- Prepare quotations and follow-up with customers on order status.
- Monitor orders and interface with Vendors, Supply Chain, Quality,
Logistics and Technical Departments to ensure timely delivery of
spare parts to customers.
... - Address customers' concerns and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Support other internal departments commercially/systemically with
contract requirements to ensure business objectives are met.
- Manage shipping Operations:
- Coordinate and oversee all shipping related activities, ensuring
efficient and timely delivery of orders
- Collaborate with forwarders, carriers, and customers to arrange
vessel or flight bookings for orders involving Letter of Credit (LC).
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with shipping
regulations for international shipments.
Letter of Credit (LC) and payment management:
- Collaborate closely with customers and banks regarding LC
related matters
- Review draft LC documents and recommend amendments if
required, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Address payment issues arising from shipping documents
discrepancies hence facilitating prompt resolution.
Generate reports as and when required.
Any other tasks as delegated by the superiors.
skills and experiences
The successful candidate will possess:
-Minimum Diploma in Technical or Business-related discipline
-Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in similar
position
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-A team player who can multitask well to meet deadlines and
requirements in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented and highly
organized.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook),
SalesForce.com and SAP applications.
-Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to
the success of the team.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
