about the role
Client in Tech Space is in search of a sales Support Administrator, your title will be Marketing support as you will be supporting a lot of campaigns rolling out from the Marketing Team. Supporting the Marketing and Sales team you will be responsible for
(i) the end-to-end expense process/cycle for selected funding sources
(ii) the end-to-end Purchase Order fulfilment on behalf of the team : to raise Purchase Requisition, follow-up on contracts which need DocuSign and do receiving
- Collaborate and work with finance and/or stakeholders on Purchase Orders, monthly/quarterly closing and account for the expenses/reimbursements
- Be the focal point to support the team lead and APAC Marketing team on the day-to-day operational matters/issues related to the work responsibilities
- Ensure adherence and compliance to the company’s policies and procedures
- Detailed and accuracy in tracking, reporting and data entry
- Carry out, arrange, and streamline operational tasks to reduce the occurrence of errors
- Handle and run new processes/projects as per required or assigned, including performing ad-hoc tasks
- Maintain up-to-date records, filing and other administrative duties
skills and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales admin/operation role
- Meticulous, analytical and have a good number sense
- Pro-active approach to problem solving with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to work with multiple/competing priorities and meet timelines in a busy and flexible environment
- Self-motivated, willing to learn new processes/tools and able to work independently
- A team player with good communication and organizational skill
- Be open and receptive to feedback and changes
- Basic budgeting, finance and accounting knowledge and/or process-related experience would be an advantage
