about the job
- Deliver back-office support and services for private banking and treasury operations
- Handle transaction processing, settlements, confirmations, and corporate actions
- Prepare periodic reports and adhoc reports
- Perform AML screening
- Handling all internal and external queries
- Participate in projects and drive improvement and efficiency
skills and experience required
- > 3-5 years of settlement experience in a banking environment
- Good knowledge of financial products: FX, FX Derivatives, Equity, Bonds, Notes, Structured Products etc
- Experience with Avaloq system will be added advantage
- Independent, Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Excellent communications skills to manage relationships with stakeholders
