Our client is an international law firm with an established presence in Singapore. They are looking for a Senior Associate with in-depth M&A and private equity experience to be part of their international practice.
Responsibilities
You will work in a team to advise clients on a broad range of international and regional acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, strategic alliances, investments and financing. You will also be involved in business development and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients and intermediaries, to identify and win new business opportunities.
Requirements
You are admitted to the Bar with at least 7 years post qualification experience and a solid track record in driving cross-border M&A transactions and investments in a reputable M&A practice and law firm. You are driven, commercial-minded, eager to grow and build your book of business. You have a track record of building excellent client relationships and are a team player that strives in a collaborative environment.
