• Board & Subsidiary Boards: Prepare meeting materials, draft agendas, resolutions, and minutes, coordinate logistics, and manage schedules for meetings and workshops. Communicate with board members and internal stakeholders, and support the General Counsel with statutory documents and meeting compliance.
  
  
• Corporate Secretariat: Ensure all statutory documents are filed on time, track action items, and provide secretariat services for both the main company and subsidiaries.
  
  
• Board Committee: Develop guidelines for storing documents, track action items, and maintain communication between the board and owners. Ensure compliance with regulations.
  
  
• Balanced Scorecard : Review and update KPIs with the leadership team, address performance gaps, and present updates to senior management. Ensure alignment of performance targets with organizational goals.
  
  
• Budget Management: Manage the Corporate Governance budget, conduct financial analysis, and create reports to aid senior management decision-making.
