This role is part of the Instrumentation, Control, and Electrical team, responsible for maintaining and ensuring the reliability of electrical systems at an energy facility. The position involves providing technical support for operations and projects while upholding safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee maintenance and reliability improvements for electrical systems, particularly within power generation areas.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage small-scale capital projects related to electrical infrastructure.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders on electrical matters.
- Support major expansion projects, ensuring electrical integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with Licensed Electrical Workers to uphold system integrity.
- Participate in emergency response duties as required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance or design within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or power generation sector.
- Hands-on expertise in high-voltage electrical power systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
