This role is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compliance, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate records.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Handle employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in line with legal requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation as required by management.
- Assist in employee training and development initiatives.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
