Reporting directly to the Head of Project Management, your role involves:

• Handling Project management. This includes resource management, scheduling, budgeting and ensuring that project adheres to quality standards.
• Actively participate in process enhancement efforts aimed at improving project delivery.
• Ensure that the project generates the necessary deliverable, while adhering to the designated time and cost limitations and fulfilling the anticipated benefits outlined in the business case.
• Provide updates on the outcomes of project success criteria, including results, metrics, and activities related to test and deployment management.
• Create estimations and comprehensive project plans for every phase of the project.
• Acquire sufficient resources to accomplish project objectives within the scheduled time frames.
• Supervise the day-to-day project activities and resources, and lead project management team meetings.
• Monitor the performance of staff members and conduct performance reviews.
• Deliver status reports on project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring effective communication with leadership.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 7 years of experience in project management. Proven track record in engaging with business stakeholders is required for this role.

Exposure to leading projects such as AI, SASS, cyber security or Property Management Software will be of added advantage.
