about the role
- Serve as the single point of contact for the distributor, representing the brand and managing all related functions.
- Oversee net sales and order book management for the accounts across all categories and countries within SEA.
- Collaborate on the development of account strategies and formalize them into Strategic Account Plans.
- Develop and maintain a Key Account Plan, aligning product gaps and needs with regional and global teams to inform go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Conduct sell-ins for the Foot Locker business, coordinating across all markets where they operate.
- Drive the rollout of new stores across Asia, ensuring optimal in-store representation.
- Monitor and continuously optimize sell-out performance, ensuring efficient and reliable supply.
- Develop performance forecasts and ensure customer compliance with established agreements.
- Prepare data for seasonal reviews and strategic meetings, providing insights into customer and competitor activities.
- Manage the cost center and sales budget, ensuring transparent reporting and budget compliance.
- Oversee account payables and receivables to maintain strong financial health for the partnership.
- Track and report KPIs related to net sales, margin, market share, and budget compliance.
requirements and qualifications
- Experience in fashion or footwear is essential
- 4 years of experience in Key Account Management or sales.
- Those from distributors are welcome
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and detail orientation.
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
