Job Overview The candidate will be responsible to oversee all aspects of the development and implementation of Manufacturing, Operations and strategies expansion for the business. Reporting directly to the senior operations director, he will also support the daily operations of manufacturing and operations as well as cost reduction, productivity and total quality management initiatives Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing & operating strategies
- Establish production arrangements & manage supply chain management standard
- Develop and implement key work processes
- Use productivity and quality management tools and processes to make improvements
- Participate in developing and improving strategic plans
- Implement all aspects of Capital Expenditure
- Coordinate and implement cost reduction, productivity and total quality management projects
- Formulate local delivery network and international logistics and freight forwarding plan
Requirements
- Msc / Degree in engineering
- Min 15 years of lean manufacturing operations experience
- Prior plant management of managing more than 500 personnel (blue collar - managerial level)
- industrial electronics automation manufacturing experience will be a plus
- Strategic planning & presentation to top management
- Willing to work west of Singapore (Jurong East / Boon Lay / Clementi)
