about the job
We are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager, Sports Marketing to join the dynamic marketing team! You will be primarily responsible for building a diverse portfolio of partnerships with key figures, organizations, and institutions to drive brand growth. It involves strategically leveraging these partnerships to enhance product and brand storytelling, ensuring the organization remains the top choice in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a thorough partnership plan that supports regional and international goals.
- Build a strong network of partners to maximise impact and ensure relevance in important markets.
- Plan collaborations strategically to increase participation at significant events, emphasising prompt and efficient activation.
- Oversee yearly planning initiatives to maintain expansion, guarantee resource effectiveness, and prepare the partnership portfolio for the future.
- Make strategic investments and well-informed decisions throughout the region by leveraging data insights.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to find, acquire, and oversee alliances that further the overarching goals of the brand.
- Oversee talks to create and preserve strategic alliances in important markets.
- Oversee the implementation of partner initiatives with a high impact to improve brand visibility and presence.
- Collaborate with teams to create engagement strategies that leverage significant storytelling and market influence moments.
- Manage partner initiatives to guarantee effective cooperation and fruitful results.
- Increase the effectiveness of collaborations by coordinating efforts and implementing integrated campaigns.
- Ensuring brand strategies are aligned with the management’s objectives
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
skills and experience required
- You should ideally have 10 years of experience in sports or influencer marketing.
- Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
