about the job
We are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager in Marketing to manage a team of 3. The role entails covering regional brand management, marketing communications, product category management, and P&L management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation, implementation, and improvement of brand strategies to improve market position and brand equity across a range of channels.
- Create integrated marcom strategies to increase customer engagement, brand recognition, and loyalty via traditional and digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to coordinate market launches and promotions.
- Take charge of and oversee the marketing P&L, making sure that resources are allocated effectively to meet growth and revenue goals.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of your marketing budget, offering suggestions and insights to maximise your investment and return on investment.
- Utilise data and digital tools to map and comprehend the customer journey across various online and offline touchpoints.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
skills and experience required
- You should ideally have 10 years of 360 marketing experience with some experience in managing a team
- Ability to analyze problems and demonstrate critical thinking
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
