- Set up and manage network infrastructure, including new factory deployments.
- Configure and maintain Cisco switches, routers, firewalls (FortiGate, Palo Alto), VPNs, NAC, and wireless networks.
- Optimize network security, segmentation, and performance for smooth operations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain network performance, applying updates and security patches as needed.
- Provide technical support for mission-critical factory systems.
- Implement security measures like firewalls, IDS, and VPNs to protect network assets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443).
- Keep documentation updated and conduct regular security audits.
skills and experience required
Strong expertise in IT network design, configuration, and management. Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies (routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions).
CCNA/CCNP certification preferred.
