We are partnering with a leading technology company specializing in cutting-edge automation solutions to identify a Senior Sales Manager for their growing Financial Services Industry (FSI) business in Southeast Asia.
This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a hunter mindset and a proven ability to win new clients. The successful candidate will drive new business development efforts, build strategic relationships, and play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence across the SEA region.
About the role
Reporting to the VP Of Sales, your responsibilities would includes
... - Identify, target, and win new logos in the FSI sector, including banks, insurance companies, and financial institutions.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop tailored value propositions that align with the automation and digital transformation goals of potential clients.
- Build and execute sales strategies to penetrate key SEA markets and uncover new opportunities in both developed and emerging financial hubs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Build a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Establish and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives, within targeted accounts.
- Partner with internal teams, including product, pre-sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery of solutions.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility and build networks.
Skills and experience required
- Deep knowledge of the FSI industry, including the challenges and opportunities in automation, RPA, and digital transformation.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to craft compelling value propositions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior decision-makers.
- Proven ability to independently manage the full sales cycle and close high-value deals.
- Familiarity with SEA markets, including cultural nuances and business practices.
