I am currently working with a well known biotechnology research company. Office located in Woodlands - but there's shuttle bus provided from multiple MRT stations.
Salary structure: Base + bonus + ESOPs (we are a listed company)! Hybrid working arrangement - 1 day WFH. Working hours 8am to 5pm. Can end work early and have more personal time.

● Our team focus on developing automated test infrastructure and bioinformatics tools using Python to analyze large genomic datasets, setting up a CI/CD and improving the databases and websites that we use for the verification activities
● Work independently in cross-functional teams to lead the testing effort for data analysis software
● Design and implement automated software verification framework and scripts
● Work with bioinformatics scientists for data analysis, trouble shooting, and bioinformatics tool development
skills and requirements
● Bachelor with min 5 years or Masters with min 3 years relevant experience or PhD
● Strong software engineering fundamentals is required
● Strong in Python
● Experience in designing or architecting automated verification framework and tests
● (Plus point) Have a good understanding or interest in Bioinformatics, Genomics, Molecular Biology, Oncology or related field
● Able to work in a Linux environment
● Experience with CI/CD and related tools and cloud technologies is preferred
