1. Solution Design and Development
Requirements Analysis
Work closely with business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs and translate these into clear, detailed functional and technical specifications for SharePoint-based solutions.
Solution Architecture

Design comprehensive architectures for both SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments, including site structures, collections, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and custom applications—ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
Development and Customization
Lead the creation and customization of SharePoint solutions using native capabilities, SharePoint Designer, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), as well as custom development when necessary (e.g., JavaScript, .NET, SPFx).
Workflow Automation
Design and implement automated workflows using SharePoint workflows and/or Power Automate to streamline business processes and increase operational efficiency.
Form Development
Develop user-friendly, efficient forms using SharePoint lists, Microsoft Forms, and Power Apps to support seamless data collection and process enablement.
System Integration
Plan and execute the integration of SharePoint with Microsoft 365 apps (e.g., Teams, OneDrive), enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP), and third-party platforms using a variety of integration tools and technologies.

Site and Collection Management
Oversee the creation, configuration, and administration of SharePoint sites and site collections, ensuring logical structure and easy navigation.
Security and Permissions
Implement and manage user access, groups, and permissions with precision to safeguard sensitive information and comply with organizational security policies.
Content Governance
Define and enforce content management policies and best practices to maintain data consistency, integrity, and proper lifecycle handling.
Feature Configuration
Configure and manage SharePoint features to adapt to evolving business needs while ensuring performance and usability.
Monitoring and Maintenance
Monitor system health and performance, conduct routine maintenance, and quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain a stable SharePoint environment.
Governance Strategy
Develop and enforce governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and metadata strategies, to promote consistent and effective SharePoint utilization.
Upgrades and Migrations
Plan and lead SharePoint upgrades and migrations (e.g., On-Premise to Online), including transitions from legacy platforms using tools like ShareGate, Metalogix, or PowerShell scripting.

skills and experience required
- 7+ years of proven experience in SharePoint design, development, and administration (both Online and On-Premise).
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, infrastructure, and platform capabilities.
- Skilled in both out-of-the-box and custom SharePoint development using tools like SharePoint Designer, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), JavaScript, .NET, and SPFx.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and their integration with SharePoint.
- Expertise in SharePoint security, user management, and permissions configuration.
- Experience executing SharePoint upgrades and migrations using tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, and PowerShell.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor team members.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
