This role involves overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing process for the outer layer build process. The ideal candidate will ensure production equipment operates efficiently, maintain product quality, and adhere to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming products and conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Operate, monitor, and shut down manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and production processes, addressing any quality or operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records by completing logs and updating system inputs.
• Use line monitoring tools to oversee system performance and progress.
• Replace materials and consumables, such as filters, when required.
• Conduct tool changes and adjustments for product type transitions.
• Properly store materials and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Set and adjust operational parameters for maximum efficiency.
• Perform scheduled equipment maintenance based on the maintenance plan.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously if necessary.
• Prepare and manage chemical solutions required for the equipment.

Requirements:

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification/experience required.
• Certification in hazardous material handling is a strong advantage.
• Certification in workplace safety and health is a plus.

Specialized Skills:

• Proficiency in computer operations, including data entry and editing using MS Office (especially Excel).
• Experience with production-related systems and information management.
• Knowledge of handling chemical solutions is preferred.

Core Competencies:

• Strong adherence to operational procedures and workplace safety standards.
• Effective communication skills, particularly in reporting issues to supervisors.
