• We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of thin film deposition equipment (PVD, Sputter, CVD, ALD, etc.). This role involves end-to-end ownership of mechanical system design, from concept to production, ensuring high-performance and reliable equipment solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop thin film deposition equipment for advanced material applications.
• Collaborate with engineering management and R&D to evaluate system performance and optimize designs.
• Lead subsystem design and integrate it into the overall hardware architecture.
• Perform mechanical analysis to ensure optimal stress, strain, and thermal performance.
• Work closely with manufacturing and operations to transition designs into production.
• Select appropriate materials and fabrication techniques to meet design and performance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in mechanical design engineering for semiconductor, thin film deposition, or related equipment.
• Strong expertise in vacuum system design, high-precision mechanics, and thermal management.
• Hands-on experience with PVD, Sputtering, CVD, ALD, or similar deposition technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of CAD software, finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
