Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation of tools related to N2 purge systems, ensuring proper setup, testing, and commissioning at semiconductor fabs.
- Work closely with end users to address and resolve any tool-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to established quality standards and guidelines.
- Participate in occasional overseas installation projects.
- Assist with the marketing and promotion of company products when needed.
- Attend training sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge. Overseas training opportunity provided.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience working in semiconductor fabs, handling equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Candidates with extensive experience and expertise may be considered for a managerial role.
- Background in field service management, including supervisory responsibilities, strong problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and proper documentation in all work performed.
- A positive and responsible attitude, with teamwork and self-motivation driving a passion for success.
