responsible for managing and coordinating architectural designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulations, and quality standards. Your role will also involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the construction process
about the job
... - submit and review architectural materials and sample boards
- submit shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements
- manage architectural scheduling and coordination with other disciplines
- oversee procurement and tracking of architectural materials
- review variation orders and process back charges
- attend project meetings, conduct inspections, material testing, and mock-up installations
- 6-day work week (alternating schedule)
knowledge and skills
- bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years of working experience in related field
- experience in liaising and leading subcontractors
- proficient in BIM modelling tools
- additional certifications in relevant prinicipal is a plus point
