key responsibilities
- Lead overall store operations to achieve sales targets, productivity benchmarks, and profitability goals
- Partner with the Brand Director to analyze market trends and develop tactical business plans
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to drive service excellence and sales performance
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Manage store staffing needs, including scheduling, team development, and performance management
- Cultivate a dynamic and service-oriented retail environment that reflects brand values
- Address performance gaps with targeted support, coaching, or performance improvement plans
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors and external service providers for store maintenance
- Support inventory management and operational processes to enhance overall efficiency
qualifications and experience:
- 4 years of retail leadership in fashion, lifestyle, or high-volume sales environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team toward achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to rotate across store locations as needed based on business requirements
