As they are looking to scale beyond Singapore, they are looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager- who will play a critical role in driving expansion efforts across Southeast Asia and beyond.
About the role
Reporting to Co-founder, your responsibilities will include
- Define and execute scalable go-to-market strategies, identifying untapped, high-growth markets across Southeast Asia and other emerging regions.
- Drive market entry initiatives, localization plans, and expansion frameworks tailored to local dynamics.
- Build and manage high-level partnerships with government agencies, transport regulators, infrastructure conglomerates, and digital platform providers.
- Create persuasive business cases, investment decks, and commercial proposals for C-level stakeholders and board-level presentations, supporting expansion efforts with robust data-driven insights.
- Lead end-to-end negotiations to unlock new revenue opportunities and strengthen regional market presence.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and regulatory assessments to inform commercial decisions.
Skills and experience required
- 10+ years of relevant experience in regional business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership, with a strong focus on Southeast Asia or comparable emerging markets
- Proven track record of leading market expansion initiatives and closing complex, cross-border deals
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills,and ability to work with people of all levels and across different geographical areas.
