As part of their expansion, they are looking for an experienced Student Placement Manager to lead our student placement operations and ensure a seamless experience for both students and partner organizations.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, managing budgets, and monitoring placement outcomes while ensuring student and client satisfaction.
About the role
Reporting to the Country Manager , your responsibilities would includes
... - Oversee the end-to-end student placement process, ensuring students are matched with the right opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (companies, universities, and organizations) to expand placement opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for students and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. - Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse and high-performing team to achieve placement targets and student satisfaction.
- Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and performance strategies to enhance placement success.
- Monitor, review, and report on placement progress, student outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Utilize data-driven insights to improve placement strategies and enhance the student experience.
Skills and experience required
- Proven ability to manage and motivate large and diverse teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience in developing business plans, managing budgets, and tracking performance metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to balance the interests of students, clients, and internal teams.
