We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Analyst/Developer specializing in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) systems. This role will involve supporting the gathering and clarification of user requirements, conducting impact analysis on change requests, and managing system changes for AML platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop technical specifications for the system enhancements and production fixes. You will also be involved in creating functional design specifications, managing deployments, and contributing to test planning and design for SIT and UAT.
Skills and Experience Required
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in AML systems enhancements, preferably in a financial institution.
- Strong experience in system integration and interfacing design and delivery.
- Hands-on expertise in designing and configuring AML platforms like Netreveal or Actimize.
- Strong skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL design and development.
- Experience in managing change requests and production fixes.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Aldon.
- Strong knowledge of Unix, Windows, and Oracle environments.
- Good understanding of operational impact awareness in system delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of leading design workshops with users and stakeholders.
