Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a new role within the HR team. You will be responsible to:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recommend candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through partnerships with institutions and associations.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to engage active and passive candidates.
- Lead employer branding efforts through content creation, social media, and events.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, branding initiatives, and outreach programs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and industry trends to improve hiring strategies.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employee engagement and cultural initiatives to enhance retention.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition either in an agency or in-house
- Experience in recruiting for a mix of technical and corporation support functions will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment tools.
- Team player with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
