Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a new role within the HR team. You will be responsible to:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recommend candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through partnerships with institutions and associations.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to engage active and passive candidates.
• Lead employer branding efforts through content creation, social media, and events.
• Organize and participate in career fairs, branding initiatives, and outreach programs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and industry trends to improve hiring strategies.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employee engagement and cultural initiatives to enhance retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition either in an agency or in-house
• Experience in recruiting for a mix of technical and corporation support functions will be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment tools.
• Team player with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
