Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment activities including:-
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for frontline retail and dining positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.
- Supporting employer branding efforts to enhance the company's attractiveness in a competitive talent market, including the execution of recruitment campaigns and participation in career fairs.
- Crafting compelling job advertisements that reflect the company’s culture and values.
- Ensuring recruitment practices are aligned with local manpower regulations and internal policies.
- Handling work pass matters, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Managing recruitment platforms and maintaining accurate data for reporting and workforce planning.
- Liaising with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners to meet hiring needs.
- Overseeing structured onboarding programs (30-60-90 days) to improve new hire retention and support employee transitions.
- Facilitating exit processes, including conducting exit interviews to gather insights for continuous improvement.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the retail or F&B industry.
- Familiarity with local employment regulations and work pass administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across levels.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive in driving recruitment initiatives.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
