You'll manage a portfolio of international clients with staff deployed globally, delivering end-to-end tax compliance services, developing tax minimization strategies, and handling complex cross-border tax matters. You'll build strong client relationships, analyze tax laws, and communicate effectively with expatriate employees. Additionally, you'll contribute to business development, identify new opportunities, and provide thought leadership on global trends.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be degree qualified in accounting or an equivalent. You should have 3 years of experience in Direct Tax. It can be direct or indirect tax. Office is in CBD hybrid work arrangement. Culture is easy going, good work life balance. Senior candidates get to do BD and bring in clients to service. Junior level staff are more delivery-focussed.
