As a Team Assistant, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support to a team of 4-5 stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include coordinating complex travel arrangements, calendar management, meeting scheduling, and processing expense claims. You will also support the team on various event management and logistics handling such as assisting with roadshows and client meetings (e.g., printing documents, securing venues), and handling various office duties such as HR administration.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Office, and will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth operations for the Singapore team.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 5 years of experience in supporting multiple stakeholders within an investment bank or investment management firm, preferably supporting a client-servicing team who travels very frequently. You will need to be very driven, have strong follow-through skills, and be agile in your scope of work to balance multiple tasks and be able to lend a helping hand to the team whenever required. Having a good level of energy and strong interpersonal skills to engage with your stakeholders, and having solid prioritisation skills to juggle multiple tasks for the team, will help you to succeed in this role.
