2) Pure Sales Team Manager position;
- To lead a team of Offshore Relationship Managers. Offering coaching, mentorship and executing business strategy.
skills and experience required
- Extensive experience in leading and managing a team of bankers.
- Strong expertise and established connections within the offshore market.
- Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management.
