about the Job
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead the end-to-end technical delivery of key IT projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions, while managing project scope, cost, quality, and timelines. The TDM will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, managing risks, and ensuring technical deliverables are aligned with business requirements. You will also oversee the development process, contribute to continuous improvements, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

skills and Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end project implementation.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working in vendor environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, coordinate technical deliverables, and manage dependencies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with database systems for design and investigation purposes.
• Knowledge of AML, particularly transaction monitoring, is a plus.
