You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative sales and technical support team dedicated to driving the adoption of Mass Spectrometry solutions in the region. This role reports directly to the Technical Manager and provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company’s MS product lines. You will work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal product teams to ensure the seamless implementation and support of MS solutions.
About the Job
In this role, you will provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers, focusing on Mass Spectrometry workflows. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, delivering technical presentations, and troubleshooting customer issues both remotely and on-site. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate MS solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to sales processes, product training, and market expansion activities, while staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Skills and Experience Required
Ideally, the right applicants will possess the following:
- Proven experience in technical support, sales, or applications within the Mass Spectrometry industry.
- Strong understanding of analytical workflows, technologies, and applications related to LC-MS and GC-MS.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Analytical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and provide effective solutions for customers.
- Experience in delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and hands-on customer support.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the life sciences and analytical instrument market is a plus.
