Reporting to the Training Manager, you will contribute to the design and delivery of training programs for employees across various departments. This position is crucial in driving people development across the organisation and ensuring the smooth execution of training operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the Training Manager in the design, coordination and execution of key training programs to meet organisational needs.
- Liaise with stakeholders across departments to schedule and coordinate training sessions.
- Maintain precise records of training sessions, certifications, and attendance.
- Manage training grant applications and claims, facilitating timely reimbursements.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with company policies and ISO 9001 standards.
skills and experience required
- At least 2-3 years of experience in executing and coordinating training programs.
- Experience in the consumer or service-oriented industries will be ideal.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and training grant processes (e.g., WSQ funding).
- A WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) will be advantageous.
