Currently, they are seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager/ Senior Manager/ Director with expertise in transfer pricing. In this leadership role, the successful candidate will lead and oversee the firm’s transfer pricing function, delivering strategic advice to multinational clients on pricing structures, compliance, and tax planning strategies. The Director will manage complex projects, develop global transfer pricing policies, and represent clients in audits and transfer pricing disputes. This role offers significant autonomy to shape the transfer pricing practice while engaging in high-profile, cross-border projects. Additionally, the Director will mentor and develop a team of transfer pricing professionals, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance environment.
skills and experience Needed
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Economics, Business, or Accountancy, or possess relevant professional qualifications. They should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a public accounting firm, with extensive exposure to the transfer pricing tax environment, including compliance, strategy, and risk management. A strong combination of technical skills and commercial awareness is essential, enabling them to provide impactful, business-oriented advice to clients.
The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships. They should bring a high level of drive, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude that translates across the team, creating an inspiring and energetic working environment. Furthermore, exceptional project management skills are required to handle complex, multi-jurisdictional transfer pricing projects with precision and efficiency.
