about the role
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Senior Manager to lead treasury activities across multiple regions, including the UK, Middle East, and India. You will play a key role in driving the organisation's financial strategy and ensuring its continued growth and success.
You will be responsible for leading all treasury activities, including corporate and project financing, loan agreement structuring and negotiation, and banking relationship management. They will also be responsible for capital structure planning, identifying opportunities to reduce funding and hedging costs, and reviewing new investment opportunities. Additionally, they will provide Treasury advisory and deliver quarterly risk assessments and dashboards, ensuring the organisation's financial stability and growth.
skills and experience needed
The ideal candidate will possess excellent degree qualifications with more than 10 years of relevant experience in a treasury or finance role. A proven track record of leading teams and delivering results is essential, as well as strong business acumen and analytical skills. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams is also crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other treasury management systems. Financial modeling skills are desirable.
