My client is a leading cryptocurrency exchange with a strong global presence, renowned for its innovative trading platform.
As part of their strategic expansion into high-growth markets, they are seeking a VP/Head of Commercial on a fully remote capacity.
This key leadership role will be focused on driving retail revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s retail user base across the assigned region.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a retail-focused commercial strategy, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead and scale the retail sales, marketing, and business development teams, focusing on acquiring new users, improving conversion rates, and enhancing the retail trading experience.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, leveraging data insights to optimize user acquisition channels and expand into key demographics.
- Forge partnerships with payment providers, e-commerce platforms, digital wallets, and fintech players to enhance the retail user experience and accelerate adoption.
- Oversee retail pricing models, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns to drive transaction volume and user engagement.
- Work closely with the product and technology teams to ensure the platform’s features and UX align with retail customer needs and expectations.
Skills & Experience Required
- Extensive experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or financial services, with a strong track record in retail user acquisition and growth.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior, retail trading trends, and digital marketing strategies in the crypto or fintech space.
- Proven ability to develop and implement scalable, data-driven commercial strategies targeting retail clients.
