Overview:
The Assistant Logistics Manager will support supply chain and logistics operations within a luxury retail environment, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and values. Key areas of focus include Inventory Management, Operational Logistics, Product Compliance, and Sustainability.
Location: West Region of Singapore
Key Responsibilities:.
- Inventory Management: Ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Operational Logistics
- Coordinate with 3PL for smooth inbound/outbound shipments.
- Manage export operations and customs clearance.
- Oversee stock preparation and deliveries.
- Product Compliance
- Stay updated on local regulations.
- Assist with compliance applications and product testing.
- Projects and Sustainability:
- Drive efficiency improvements.
- Monitor 3PL performance against KPIs.
- Engage in sustainable logistics initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree Holders with 6-8 years of logistics experience.
- Proficient in Export/Import, Warehouse Management, and Customs Clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; WMS experience
