about the job
- You will focus on 2 main areas: Strategic Initiatives and Business Implementation & Reporting
- To assist the International CEO office with designated strategies and conduct thorough research and analysis to enhance the quality of strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to aid in the creation of business plans and initiatives
- Implement & drive key initiatives from Head Office
- Create business performance / pipeline decks for regular business meetings
- Develop peer competitive analysis and produce comprehensive, targeted, and insightful reports and presentations
skills and experience required
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, change management, preferably within the banking sector
- Budgeting, forecasting and business planning experience
- Confident and possess excellent communications skills to drive and manage discussions and meetings
- Strong analytical, time management and problem solving skills
- Results driven; able to deliver under pressure
