skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline.
- Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed multinational companies.
- Strong track record in managing regulatory and compliance projects, including digital technology implementation and process optimization.
- Proficiency in overseeing business process change projects, particularly those with manual workaround solutions.
- Atleast 5 experience as a Senior Business Analyst, focusing on operations and finance process improvements.
- At least 5 years' experience in the insurance domain.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, including knowledge of Project Management Tools/Software.
- Experience in managing API development and integration projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with tax technology and experience dealing with tax authorities is advantageous.
- Project Management qualification is desirable.
- Change Management experience or qualifications are preferred.
