key responsibilities
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and conversions across e-commerce platforms.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop high-quality content that aligns with both brand and retailer objectives.
- Utilize performance data to refine strategies and maximize ROI on digital marketing efforts.
- Manage paid advertising on social media and digital channels, ensuring targeted engagement within the FMCG sector.
- Develop content strategies that enhance brand awareness and consumer interaction on trade platforms.
- Leverage data analytics and customer insights to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to enhance digital sales initiatives.
- Work closely with retailers to coordinate marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Implement SEO best practices tailored for e-commerce platforms, optimizing product and category pages.
- Define and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for trade partners, aligning with overall business goals.
- Oversee product selection, pricing, promotional strategies, and inventory planning for optimal sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration between digital and offline trade strategies.
- Optimize product listings for visibility, search rankings, and improved conversion rates.
- Track and analyze e-commerce metrics, generating insights for performance improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade partner e-commerce platforms, providing recommendations for growth.
- Coordinate with agencies and designers to develop point-of-sale (POS) and other marketing materials for online promotions.
- Ensure content meets industry standards and resonates with FMCG consumers.
- Oversee social influencer collaborations and manage content creation for digital campaigns.
- Keep up with industry trends, evolving consumer behavior, and new digital innovations to refine marketing strategies.
qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 6 years of experience in digital marketing in the FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of FMCG sales trends, trade marketing, and shopper behavior.
- Expertise in e-commerce platform management, including experience with major retailer websites and online marketplaces.
- Direct experience negotiating with buyers and retailers, with a deep understanding of consumer channels.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and ensure consistent brand messaging across multiple platforms,
- Strong proficiency in e-commerce tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
